Manual Integration profile

Opkey’s new integration testing dashboard helps you verify integration features of your ERP with other ERPs and third-party apps.

Let's proceed to view how Manual Integration profile is created.

Login to Opkey and navigate to the Integration Test tab on the left panel. Select Manual Integration profile.

On the next window, provide the name of the Profile and select the base ERP.

A new ERP can also be added to the list by clicking the +Add button.

On the window, enter the name, description, and upload the ERP icon. Click Add.

A new ERP is added. Click "Next" to continue with either the newly added ERP or an existing one. In this case, we are selecting Oracle Fusion as our base application.

The next window displays the available ERP modules for selection. If the required modules aren't listed, you can add them as well.

A window will open on the right. Enter the details for the modules and their submodules. Then, add the Object related to the submodules and click "Create."

Proceed with either the newly created module or an existing one. In this case, we are selecting "Financials" as the module and "Payables" and "Receivables" as the submodules. Then, click "Next."

Next window will have external ERP’s to compare from. Select one or more ERP’s. You can either select from the available list or add a new ERP by clicking the Add button.

On the new window, enter the name of ERP, its description, and upload an icon. A new ERP will be created.

Proceed by selecting either an existing ERP from the list or the newly created one. In this case, we are choosing SAP as our external ERP.

The next window displays the list of Base ERPs that have been selected earlier. A new ERP can be added by clicking the Add button.
