Test Data section - export, delete, filter datasheets

The Test Data Dashboard is a centralized hub to manage all of your test datasheets. It provides you with an easy way to view, create, edit, and delete datasheets. You can also use the dashboard to search for datasheets, filter them by different criteria, and share them with other team members.

Let's understand the different features of the Test Data Dashboard.

1. At the top of the test data dashboard is a toolbar containing the Create Datasheet button. You can click on this button to start the process of creating a new datasheet for your project.

2. You can also rename, delete, export, import or search for a particular datasheet on the dashboard by clicking on the corresponding icons available on the toolbar at the top.  

For example, you can select any datasheet from the list given on the dashboard and click on the delete icon at the top to remove it from the system.

3. You can also use filters to sort the listed datasheets as per their reporter, priority, or state by using the filters given on the toolbar. You can select any filter and click the Search button in the toolbar to apply it. 

4. Click the filter icon in the toolbar to open the Advanced Filter page on the right. To choose any filter, select any filter from the available options on the page and click the Apply button at the bottom.

5. The datasheets are available in a grid view by default on the dashboard. You can add or remove columns in the list by clicking the View Column button at the right.

6. You can also click the three-dot icon on any datasheet to delete it or view its file path.

7. Right-clicking on any selected datasheet opens action items for the datasheet such as like, Open, Open in new tab, Rename, Delete, Copy, and Share.
