Issues: Test mining report has no data or showing zero mined scenarios
Type 1: Test mining snapshot is empty and has no data
Solution – This issue arises when you mine an ERP instance or module that is not configured at all. If there are no configurations made in the Oracle module, then during mining there will be no data for Discovery to mine or analyze. In such a case it will show empty report. To get rid of this issue, always run test mining operation on configured ERP modules.
Type 2: Test mining snapshot showing zero mined scenarios and all scenarios are showing in suggested section
Solution: This issues arises when you mine an ERP modules which is configured but there are no transactional logs present in it. This will happen in configured modules where no work is done on any of its workflows. When there is no progress on any workflow, there will be no transactional logs. Thus, during mining of such modules, discovery will show all the workflows in suggested section to tell the users that these workflows should be tested.
To get rid of this issue, always mine a configured ERP module where some work or tasks have been performed on them.
