Error in installing Opkey Execution Agent
Impact
Unable to execute the tests.
Solution
An Opkey execution agent is a prerequisite for running your test cases. It is a test execution engine that helps you execute your test cases on Windows devices.
Install the latest version from the tools section and keep the plugins updated.
1. If you lack admin rights for the Opkey tool, request from your IT team. Once you've been granted, you can install the Opkey Execution agent in your C drive. If admin rights are not granted, the Opkey support team can assist with installing the Opkey Execution agent on a drive other than C.
2. To connect the Opkey Execution agent with Opkey, copy the authentication code from the Opkey Tools section and paste it into the agent, selecting the Authentication Mode as "Authentication code".
3. Always ensure that the latest version of the Opkey Execution Agent is installed whenever a new release is available.
4. Check for the arrow icon on the taskbar to locate the installed Opkey execution agent. Right-click on it and select open execution agent.
