Getting System.IO.IOException in Opkey environment while execution

Issue: Getting System.IO.IOException in local Opkey environment while execution

Platform: Opkey on-premise setup only.

Problem:

Below steps should be followed when you get  System.IO.IOException while you try to execute a test case in Opkey on your local machine.

Sometimes a user can face a challenge while executing test scripts in Opkey's locally hosted environment.

Reason:

It is because, during execution, Opkey tries to access the shared drive to upload the supporting files, i.e., logs, reports, etc. So, when you do not check the Remember Me at the system level, Opkey might not connect with the shared drive and fail the test case with the System.IO.IOException.

Troubleshoot:

Open Run > Enter shared location path > Enter username and password > Click on Remember me > Relaunch agent.
