Getting System IO IOException for Opkey On-premise setup

Issue: - Getting System.IO.IOException in local OpKey environment while execution

Impact- For OpKey On-premise setup only.

Solution:-

Below steps should be followed when a user is getting System.IO.IOException while he tries to execute a test case in OpKey from his/her local machine.

• Sometimes a user can face challenge while executing test scripts in OpKey locally hosted environment. The reason behind it is that while execution, OpKey tries to access the shared drive to upload the supporting files i.e logs, reports etc. So, when remember me is not checked at the system level then OpKey might not connect with the shared drive further resulting in failure of the test case with the above mentioned exception.
  
  

• Open Run > Enter shared location path > Enter username and password > Click on Remember me > Relaunch agent:
