Problem:

The maximum execution limit per project is 15K only. This is our tested limit for all production domains. In case you are facing the given below error.

Solution

Delete unwanted past execution results for further executions.

You can do this in bulk instead of deleting the unwanted results manually, with the help of the cron jobs feature.

You can choose and configure the Cron Job for result deletion i.e Pass, Fail, Incomplete, SkippedOver. As shown here in the screenshot below.

To create the Cron Job:

1.    Go to Opkey Web and log in with credentials.

2.    Click on the “Go To Admin” Tab

3.    Click on the “Cron Job Management” present on the left side panel. And click on the “Cron Job”

You’ll have the option of selecting the “Days”, “Months” or “Year” either in combination or separately. You’ll have the option of selecting the “Session Status” specifying the status for “Pass”, “Fail”, “Incomplete” or “Skipped Over”. The Cron will keep the rest of the data and delete the specified data. On selecting the “Create Cron” you’ll get a notification to confirm that the “Selected duration of Data will be kept in your project and the rest of data will be deleted”. On continuing with the “Yes” button the cron will delete the data for that period.

The second option of “Date Time Range” while creating cron will allow you to select the  “Start Date and End Date” and the data will be deleted for that specified period.
