Updating Profile and Creating New Users

The Profile sub-menu on the Admin console allows you to update your profile information. You can enter your name, change the theme, and update your password. Once done, click the update button at the bottom.

Password Complexity:

As an Admin, you can add a new user through the User Management section on the admin console.

In the User Management section, select Users from the options.


Click the Create User button to open the Create User window.

In this window, enter the user's name and official email, choose their user type, and set a login password for the Opkey environment. Passwords must meet the complexity requirements policy. 

The password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and at least 3 out of  the following complexity rules:

  • There should be at least one Uppercase Character (A to Z).

  • There should be at least one Lowercase Character (a to z).

  • There should be at least one Digit (0 to 9).

  • There should be at least one Uppercase Character (including space).

Once done, click the Create button at the bottom to add a new user to your environment.
