Execution on BrowserStack

Opkey is integrated with BrowserStack, allowing you to execute Opkey test cases on BrowserStack with various OS-Browser combinations. Utilize your registered username and BrowserStack access key in Opkey to run your tests seamlessly.

The BrowserStack provides the username and access key (token key) to registered users. This will help you to access the details of BrowserStack. To obtain these credentials, follow the steps outlined below.

For new users or those without an existing BrowserStack account, sign up. If you are already a user, sign in.

Follow the below steps:

Open the BrowserStack login page, enter your valid UserName and Password, and click on the Sign me in button to log into your dashboard as mentioned below:

After logging in successfully on the BrowserStack page, choose a desktop OS (Windows or Mac) and associated browser(s) for your test. Similarly, select a mobile OS (Android, iOS) and corresponding device(s) for test execution.

Navigate to the Settings page under your account by clicking the shown below:

Go to Account and Profile and select My Profile. Under Authentication and Security, you’ll find the details of your Email Address, Password, Username, and Access Key.

To change or modify any global variables used in your test script, you can do so here. The updated global variables will replace the corresponding values in the test.

Choose the required cloud OS(s) and Bowser(s) to perform execution on BrowserStack. Click on ‘Next' to proceed.
