The My Space section in Opkey provides a centralized view of all assigned tasks, test cases, user stories, and more. This section has dynamic filters to simplify the task management process. You also get the capability to create and save custom filters for easy access whenever you log in.
Let's explore the various filters that My Space offers and the benefits they bring to the table.
As shown below, the All section serves as a command center for task management. Here, you can search for project tasks and access their details, such as reporter, assignee, status, priority, and more.
What makes this section versatile are the pre-built filters at your disposal. Let's explore them one by one:
Module Filter: With this filter, you can sift through tasks related to various artifacts, including test cases, reusable components, test suites, and user stories, among others.
Whether working on a specific test case or managing a suite of tests, the module filter ensures you don't miss any updates of your testing process.

Assignee Filter: Task delegation is a common practice in software development, and the assignee filter allows you to locate tasks assigned to a team member. This feature promotes transparency and helps you track each team member's workload effectively.
Priority Filter: Prioritizing tasks is a crucial aspect of project management. The priority filter aids in classifying tasks based on their importance to ensure that critical issues get addressed promptly. Whether it's a high-priority bug or a low-priority enhancement, you can identify and address them accordingly.
You have the option to choose priority levels such as Blocker, Highest, High, Medium, and Low. Blocker represents the highest priority level, signifying that the task must be addressed before the process can proceed further.
Advanced Filters: It has other pre-built filters such as Release, Application, Created On, and more. It allows you to add additional criteria to tailor your search further.
To apply these filters, click on the filter icon at the top. You can select any filter on the Advanced Filter window and click the apply button below.

This level of customization ensures that you can precisely pinpoint the tasks that require your attention.
Adding Custom Filters: You can save your combination of filters with a custom name by clicking the Save button at the top to ensure the filter remains easily accessible each time you log in.
For instance, if you want to monitor a team member's weekly progress on a test suite, you can establish a custom filter. This way, you can easily track daily updates without repeatedly applying the filter upon logging in.
Whether you're a project manager or a team member, My Space ensures that you stay organized and informed throughout your projects. To learn more click Task Management in My Space.
