The very first menu in OpKey SaaS is the Tools menu which appears at the left most corner of the screen. The Tools menu dropdown is auto-populated with sub-menus like Global Variables, Mobile Management, and Keyword Management, etc.The sub-menus of the Tools menu provides user functionalities to create Global Variables, create user-defined keywords for Application Components, configure SMTP settings, view Queued sessions Status, etc.
