Schedule a test suite

Multiple test cases can be executed together using a test suite feature in Opkey. A suite execution can be scheduled for a particular date & time.

Let's understand how to schedule a test suite to run at a particular date and time. 

1. Hover over the 'Automate' icon on the left panel and click 'Test Suite'. 

2. The test suite dashboard appears. Here, you can see the already created test suites in Opkey. Double-click on a test suite to open it.

3. At the top of the test suite page, click the dropdown icon on the Schedule test suite button.

4. On the window opening in the right pane, enter the name of the ‘Scheduled test suite’, and select ‘Milestone’.

Select the browser in which you want to schedule the tests from the available list of options.

6. Scroll down further and go to the Schedule Run section. Choose the date, time, and time zone for the scheduled run. Click on the Schedule Run button at the bottom to schedule the test suite run.

Click on Advance Settings and select the build, agent, capture snapshots, quality of snapshots, set minimum waiting time before the step fails, chose the type of report to be emailed after run.

Click on Schedule Run.

A message will pop up notifying you of the run that you have scheduled.

Note: The run will be triggered at the selected time and will be executed. You can schedule single & multiple Suites from the Run.
